Before opening a support ticket, please have the following information ready:
• Your Tebex order number
• The resource name
• Your framework
• Your inventory and target systems
• Relevant client or server console errors
• A clear explanation of the issue
Support covers installation guidance, confirmed resource issues and supported compatibility. Custom development and third-party resource problems are not included unless agreed separately.
