Magic Scripts Licence

Effective date: 2 August 2026

This licence applies to all paid and free digital resources downloaded from Magic Scripts unless a product page clearly states different terms. By purchasing, downloading, installing or using a Magic Scripts resource, you agree to these licence conditions.

1. Licence Grant

Magic Scripts grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the purchased resource on one active FiveM server project.

Development, testing and staging servers are permitted when they belong to the same server project and are not operated as separate public communities.

2. Permitted Use

• Install and use the resource on one active FiveM server project.
• Configure the resource for your server.
• Use development or testing copies for the same server project.
• Create backups for your own secure internal use.
• Move the resource to a replacement server owned by the same purchaser, provided it is removed from the previous server.

3. Protected and Escrowed Resources

Protected editions may contain files secured through FiveM Asset Escrow or another protection system. Accessible configuration, language, installation and integration files may be edited where provided.

You must not:

• Attempt to bypass, remove or interfere with escrow protection.
• Decrypt, decompile or extract protected source code.
• Use protected code in another resource or competing product.
• Distribute modified or unmodified copies of protected resources.

4. Open Source Resources

Open Source editions include editable source files. You may modify those files for your licensed server project.

Open Source does not mean public domain and does not grant permission to resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense or share the source code.

You must not:

• Upload the source code to public or shared repositories.
• Share files through Discord, forums, file-sharing sites or databases.
• Sell or redistribute the resource, including modified versions.
• Copy substantial parts of the resource into another product intended for sale or distribution.
• Remove copyright, licence or ownership notices.

5. Free Resources

Free resources remain the intellectual property of Magic Scripts and are subject to the same redistribution, resale and sharing restrictions unless the relevant product page includes a different licence.

6. Prohibited Sharing and Redistribution

A purchase is licensed only to the purchaser and their licensed server project. Resource files must not be given, sold, sublicensed, leaked, traded or otherwise supplied to another individual, developer, community or business.

Staff members or contracted developers may access the files only when required to work on the licensed server. The purchaser remains responsible for keeping the files secure and ensuring those people follow this licence.

7. Licence Transfers

Licences cannot be transferred to another person, account, server owner, community or business without written permission from Magic Scripts.

Selling or transferring ownership of a server does not automatically transfer any Magic Scripts licences installed on that server.

8. Dependencies and Compatibility

Supported frameworks, inventories, libraries and integrations are listed on each product page. The purchaser is responsible for confirming that their server meets the stated requirements before purchase.

Compatibility with heavily modified frameworks, unsupported forks, conflicting resources or future third-party updates cannot be guaranteed unless specifically stated.

9. Support

Support covers installation issues, confirmed resource faults and the supported integrations listed on the relevant product page.

Support may not cover:

• Custom modifications made by the purchaser or another developer.
• Unsupported frameworks, inventories or third-party resources.
• Incorrect installation or server configuration.
• Conflicts caused by modified dependencies.
• Requests for custom development not included with the product.

Support requests should be submitted through the Support page or the official Magic Scripts Discord.

10. Updates

Updates are provided according to the information shown on the product page. Access to updates requires continued access to the original Tebex account used for the purchase.

Magic Scripts may improve, replace, discontinue or change features when required for security, compatibility, performance or maintenance.

11. Ownership

Purchasing a resource grants a licence to use it. It does not transfer ownership of the resource, source code, branding, artwork, documentation or intellectual property.

All rights not expressly granted by this licence remain reserved by Magic Scripts and its licensors.

12. Licence Termination

The licence may be terminated when a purchaser materially breaches these terms, including through leaking, redistribution, resale, unauthorised sharing or attempts to bypass resource protection.

When a licence is terminated, use of the affected resource must stop and all copies must be removed.

13. Refunds and Checkout

Payments are processed by Tebex, which acts as the merchant of record. Refund requests are handled according to the applicable Tebex checkout terms, the configured store refund policy and any mandatory consumer rights.

Nothing in this licence removes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Changes to This Licence

Magic Scripts may update these terms for future purchases. The licence applicable at the time of purchase will normally continue to govern that purchase unless a change is required by law, platform policy or security requirements.
