Magic Scripts Refund Policy
Magic Scripts Refund Policy
Effective date: 2 August 2026
Magic Scripts provides downloadable digital resources and licences through Tebex. Tebex Limited acts as the merchant of record and processes payments, billing enquiries, refunds, disputes and chargebacks.
1. Digital Purchases
Purchases are generally final once the digital resource, licence or download has been supplied or made accessible. Customers should review the product description, dependencies, supported frameworks and compatibility information before completing a purchase.
2. Situations That Normally Do Not Qualify
Refunds will not normally be provided because:
- The customer changed their mind after receiving access.
- The customer purchased the wrong resource or edition.
- The customer did not review the listed dependencies or compatibility.
- The customer lacks the experience required to install or configure it.
- The customer no longer operates their server.
- The customer expected an unlisted feature or integration.
- The issue was caused by custom modifications, unsupported dependencies, server configuration or a conflicting third-party resource.
3. Delivery or Technical Problems
Customers experiencing a delivery, download or confirmed technical problem should contact Magic Scripts support before requesting a refund.
We will make reasonable efforts to verify the purchase, reproduce the issue and provide installation guidance, a correction, an update or another appropriate resolution.
A refund may be considered where Tebex or applicable law requires one, including circumstances involving duplicate charges, failed delivery or digital content that cannot be brought into conformity after reasonable troubleshooting.
4. Compatibility
Supported frameworks, inventories, libraries and integrations are displayed on each product page. Compatibility cannot be guaranteed with unsupported forks, heavily modified frameworks, conflicting resources or dependencies that differ from the listed requirements.
5. Open Source and Protected Editions
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct edition before checkout. Purchasing an Open Source edition instead of a protected edition, or a protected edition instead of an Open Source edition, does not automatically qualify the purchase for a refund.
6. Licence Violations
No refund will normally be provided when access or support is restricted because of licence violations, redistribution, unauthorised sharing, chargeback abuse or attempts to bypass resource protection.
7. Requesting Assistance
Contact us through the Support page or the official Magic Scripts Discord. Include your Tebex transaction number, the resource name, relevant error messages and the troubleshooting steps already completed.
Do not publish purchased files, licence keys, credentials or protected source code when requesting support.
8. Refund Processing
Any approved refund is processed through Tebex and returned using the available original payment route. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where this policy conflicts with applicable law or Tebex checkout terms, the applicable legal requirement or Tebex checkout term will take precedence.
